Dress it down with some lightly distressed jean shorts. Top is off-shoulder with ruffle detail, It also has an elastic waistband to adjust the top to your desired length -- it can be worn full-length or crop style! Material is 60% polyester/35% rayon/5%spandex and does have some stretch.
