Two new colors in our Amelia Chiffon Mini Skirt style. The PERFECT way to dress up a basic top or to make those fancy outfits just a bit fancier! These are soft with a stretchy waistband.
Fits TTS but can easily be sized up or down for different length options because of the stretch of the waist. Models are in their true sizes, at a 2T and 4T, but could size down for a shorter skirt length and still have plenty of room!
